Our Process

If you are thinking of choosing Clearance Central to handle your Somalia PCC application on your behalf, we will require 10-fingerprint impressions as part of the process, which can be done at your nearest police station, and you’ll also need to include the following:

  • An application form must be duly completed.
  • 2 recent passport size photographs.
  • A detailed cover letter having the details of the authority requesting the Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Photocopies of applicant’s passport and the first three data pages of his/her passports as well as the pages containing Somalia visas, entry and departure stamps.
  • Copy of Somalian Identity Card (if applicable)
  • A detailed covering letter stating the period of stay in Somalia.
  • Should a maiden surname and/or other surnames be required on the requested Police Clearance Certificate, this will need to be mentioned in the application and proof of the maiden surname and/or other surnames will need to be provided and attached to the PCC application. (e.g. a certified copy of marriage certificate).
  • Send us the documents via DHL.
