Our Submission Process

  • Download the relevant application form
  • Make sure to fill out all your information correctly (this is extremely important)
  • Send us your completed application form together with all relevant supporting documents via courier
  • It is our recommendation that you use a reputable courier service, such as DHL, FedEx (for clients living abroad) and The Courier Guy (for clients living in South Africa)
  • Our team at Clearance Central will handle the submission process and any follow-ups required on your behalf
  • Once the application process is complete, we will email a scanned copy for you to verify and check if all your information is correct
  • Once confirmed, we will send the original to you via courier – no matter where you are in the world
